# PPT上传失败

#### 排查方法

1. 检查电脑网络，如果网速过低，可能会超时失败；
2. 检查电脑的时区设置，改为东八区标准时间； 
3. 检查PPT大小，开映不支持超过500M的PPT；
4. 如果PPT是用wps做的，可能存在一些特效不稳定，可以使用Microsoft Office PPT打开，另存一份再次上传尝试。 

另外，你可以通过以下方法打开云盘，如果可以找到你刚上传的PPT文件，可以选择打开试试。

以上如果都不能解决，可以把PPT转为PDF格式进行上传，或使用共享屏幕的方式，选择共享PPT进行录制。
